At NSC, we want your shopping experience to be simple, clear, and worry free. These terms explain how we work so you know exactly what to expect when you buy from us.

Our legal name is NSC – The English Saddle Company Limited.
You will see us referred to as NSC – The English Saddle Co or simply NSC.

We do our best to make sure everything you read here is accurate and up to date. Occasionally there may be a typo or an error. If you spot one, please let us know.
We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage caused by incorrect information, but we will always put things right where we can.


Pricing

  • All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
  • Prices can change without notice, but the price at the time you place your order is the one that applies.
  • If your order changes after it has been confirmed, the price will be updated to match.

Payment

  • We require full payment for all online orders within New Zealand.
  • You can pay using any of the secure payment options listed on our website, or by online banking. Details will be in your order confirmation.
  • If you pay by online banking, shipping may take up to 24 hours longer while we wait for payment to clear.

Product Availability

We aim to have everything on our website ready to send. If an item you have ordered is unexpectedly unavailable, we will let you know straight away and offer an alternative or a refund.


Warranty – Our Quality Promise

We stand behind the quality of our products. If something is not right due to a fault in materials or workmanship, and it has been used as intended, we will repair or replace it.
The warranty period and terms follow the manufacturer’s guidelines.


Delivery

  • We use Courier Post for all New Zealand deliveries.
  • Most orders arrive within 1 to 5 working days. Rural addresses may take a little longer.
  • We can sometimes ship internationally, except leathercare products to Australia and all items to the United States, get in touch and we will do our best to help. Please email contact@nsc.net.nz for a quote.
  • If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will check on it for you.

Cancellations and Returns

We know shopping for the perfect fit can be tricky, so we keep returns simple.

Cancelling before your order ships
If you cancel after payment but before shipping, we can refund you. A small 5 percent fee will apply. This covers the non-refundable transaction fees charged by our payment provider.

Returns for a refund
If you return an eligible item and choose a refund rather than an exchange or store credit, the same 5 percent fee applies. There is no fee for exchanges or store credit.

Change of mind
We are happy to offer an exchange, store credit, or refund on eligible items (excluding leathercare, sale or clearance items, and special orders) within 7 working days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags attached.
  • You cover the cost of return shipping and any replacement shipping.

Faulty or damaged items

  • Please let us know within 5 working days if your item arrives faulty or damaged.
  • Items must be returned in original condition.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping and send your replacement at no cost to you.

How to return something
Email contact@nsc.net.nz with your order number and details, and we will guide you through the steps.


Privacy – Your Details Are Safe with Us

We collect information such as your name, delivery address, and order history so we can process your purchase and look after your order.
We never share your details with third parties without your permission.

If you do not want us to use your information for anything other than completing your order, please tell us at the time of purchase.
You can request to see or correct your information at any time under the Privacy Act 1993.
