Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

- Leather Care & Consumables: Our leather care products, including dressings and oils, are not covered by warranty, as they are consumable. However, we stand by the quality of our products, and if you feel a product does not meet your expectations, please let us know.
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times generally range from 1–5 working days, with rural areas possibly taking a little longer.
- Shipping fees for are calculated at checkout, and we only deliver within NZ as standard. For overseas enquiries, please get in touch and we will assist where possible.
