Our Trade-In Programme makes it easy to trade in your current NSC and step into your next one – whether it’s brand new or new to you – with confidence and value for money.

How It Works

Step 1 – Let Us Know What You’ve Got

Fill out our quick Trade-In Form with the details of your current NSC saddle.

We’ll get back to you within 2 business days.

Step 2 – Get Your Trade-In Value

Once we’ve received your saddle details, we’ll send you a provisional trade-in value based on its condition, age, and resale potential.

If you’re happy to move forward, you’ll send your saddle to us for a hands-on assessment (freight is your responsibility). We’re always happy to explain how we’ve reached the value and are happy to answer any questions you have.

Step 3- Choose Your New Saddle

Whether you’re buying a saddle we have in stock or placing an order, your trade-in value comes straight off the price of your new NSC.

Buying from stock? You’ll just pay the balance after your trade-in is applied.
Placing an order? We’ll give you a provisional trade-in value and ask for a deposit; either 50% of the new saddle price or the balance owing, whichever is less.

Step 4 – Transitions Made Easy with NSC

Once your new saddle is ready and you’ve paid the final balance, your trade-in is complete.

We’ll handle the rest; giving your old saddle a second life, backed by our six-month NSC warranty for peace of mind.
