Trialling a Saddle

There are two ways to try one of our saddles: book an appointment with an NSC Expert Fitter, or your own NSC-approved fitter, to try it in person, or order online and trial it at home for 7 days* from the day you receive it. If your preferred fitter isn’t already NSC approved to receive saddles for you to try, have them get in touch with us to discuss.

Easy Returns

If it’s not right, get in touch within 7 days and we’ll guide you through the return. Trying with a fitter first means no payment for the saddle until you decide to buy. If you return an online order, a trial fee and shipping costs apply, see our full trial terms for the exact figures

Trade-in Program

Not sure what to do with your old saddle, or need to sell it before you can buy new? We’ve got you covered with our trade-in programme. You can trade your qualifying current saddle in for a new NSC saddle, or we can help with the valuation so you can sell it privately for its full value. Our goal is to make things as easy as possible for you to get in a new saddle that fits your needs.
