1. Promotion Details
1.1 This promotion is conducted by NSC – The English Saddle Company Limited (NZBN 9429031474474), registered office c/- Incorp You Limited, 109 South Street, Feilding 4702, New Zealand (“NSC”, “we”, “us”).
1.2 The promotion is called the NSC Equifest VIP Experience Giveaway (the “Promotion”).
1.3 Entries open 9:00am on 1 July 2026 and close 11:59pm on 13 September 2026 (NZT) (the “Promotion Period”).
1.4 The winner will be drawn on 16 September 2026.
1.5 The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents only. See clause 4.2 for the age requirement that applies to attending with the prize.
1.6 Employees, contractors, and brand ambassadors of NSC Saddles NZ, and immediate family members of such, are not eligible to enter.
1.7 An “authorised retailer” means a retailer that stocks and sells NSC saddles on consignment under an agreement with NSC.
1.8 A “qualifying saddle” means a saddle owned by NSC at the time of sale, whether new, secondhand, or taken as a trade-in, sold either directly by NSC or through an authorised retailer selling it as NSC’s consignment stock. It does not include a secondhand or trade-in saddle, even one carrying the NSC brand, that an authorised retailer sells on its own account rather than as NSC’s consignment stock.
2. No Purchase Necessary
2.1 Entry into this Promotion is free. No purchase is required to enter or to win.
2.2 Purchases made during the Promotion Period earn bonus entries as set out below, but are entirely optional.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Base entry (1 entry): Complete the official entry form at https://omniform1.com/forms/v1/landingPage/6a31c60c96dac0c3df3fc89b/6a409c32e280c8eb56bb820d and join the NSC email community.
3.2 Photo bonus (5 entries): Post a photo of yourself and/or your horse with an NSC saddle on Instagram or Facebook, tagging NSC and using #nscvip, along with a short comment on why you love your NSC saddle. Entrants without social media may instead email their photo and comment to contact@nsc.co.nz. See clause 6.3 for how NSC may use your photo and comment.
3.3 Spend bonus (1 entry per $50): Entrants receive 1 bonus entry for every $50 (GST inclusive) spent with NSC Saddles NZ during the Promotion Period, across any purchase channel including online, in-store, and at events. This includes the purchase of a qualifying saddle (see clause 1.8) through an authorised retailer, but does not include any other stock that retailer may sell on its own account, including other brands or any secondhand or trade-in saddle that is not a qualifying saddle. NSC will calculate qualifying spend from its own sales and consignment records; entrants do not need to provide proof of purchase unless asked. Where a trade-in is applied, the qualifying spend is the amount paid after the trade-in credit.
3.4 Saddle bonus (25 entries): Entrants receive 25 bonus entries for every qualifying saddle (see clause 1.8) purchased between 1 January 2026 and 13 September 2026, whether bought directly from NSC or through an authorised retailer selling on consignment. As with clause 3.3, NSC will identify qualifying saddle purchases from its own sales and consignment records.
3.5 There is no limit on the number of bonus entries an entrant may accumulate, and bonus entry types may be combined.
4. The Prize
4.1 The prize is the Ultimate Equifest VIP Experience for the winner and a friend, comprising:
(a) 2 x Equifest VIP Weekend Passes (total value $1,080), each including entry across all three event days, VIP lounge access with catered lunches and drinks, Premium A reserved seating at the Friday and Saturday night shows, entry into the Brett Parbery Masterclass, a VIP Goodie Bag, and a choice of Equifest merchandise (inclusions are set by Equifest and may change); and
(b) two NSC Prize Packs, each to the value of approximately $250 (contents at NSC’s discretion), one for the winner and one for their guest.
4.2 The prize is for the winner and one guest. At least one of the two people attending using the VIP passes must be aged 18 or over (for example, a parent or guardian attending with a junior rider).
4.3 The tickets will be supplied prior to the event. Other elements of the prize must be collected in person from the NSC stand at Equifest, held 16–18 October 2026.
4.4 NSC may substitute any part of the prize with an item of equal or greater value if it becomes necessary to do so.
4.5 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 The winner will be selected by random weighted draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. A greater number of entries increases, but does not guarantee, the chance of winning.
5.2 The draw will take place on 16 September 2026.
5.3 The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 3 business days of the draw.
5.4 If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond within 7 days of notification, NSC reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.
6. Privacy and Data Use
6.1 Personal information collected through this Promotion will be used in accordance with NSC’s privacy policy https://www.nsc.co.nz/policies/privacy-policy.
6.2 By entering, entrants agree to join the NSC email community and receive marketing communications from NSC Saddles NZ. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time without affecting an entry already submitted.
6.3 By submitting a photo and comment under clause 3.2, entrants agree NSC may use these for marketing, including on our website and social media, unless they tell us otherwise. Entrants who don’t want their photo or comment used this way can email contact@nsc.co.nz and we won’t use it. This has no effect on entry into the Promotion.
7. General Conditions
7.1 NSC’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion, including eligibility of entries and selection of the winner, is final.
7.2 NSC reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
7.3 This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, or Facebook.
7.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, NSC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this Promotion or acceptance of the prize.
